Booking and Payments
Clients can book appointments through our website or by contacting us directly. A deposit will be required to confirm your booking, and full payment is due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods, which will be outlined during the booking process.
Refunds and Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made after this period will result in forfeiture of the deposit. We aim to accommodate rescheduling whenever possible, and any refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when booking appointments. They are also expected to follow any preparation guidelines provided for their service to ensure the best results. Failure to do so may affect the quality of the service or result in rescheduling at the discretion of the business.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aries Pet Paradise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
