Refund Policy

We offer refunds for cancellations made within our specified notice period of 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, your deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Any approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
