✨ Aries Pet Paradise — Deposits, Cancellations & Scheduling Policy

To secure your pet’s appointment at Aries Pet Paradise, deposits are required at booking. These protect my time, schedule, and ensure fairness for all clients.

💰 Deposit Requirements

Full Grooming Appointments

• $30 deposit required at booking

• Refundable if cancelled 48+ hours in advance

• Transferable to another day if rescheduled with 48+ hours notice

Stand-Alone Services & Any Service Under $60

(Nail trim, nail grinding, anal glands, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, etc.)

• 50% deposit required at booking

• Refundable with 48+ hours notice

• Transferable to another day with 48+ hours notice

➡️ Deposits are only refundable/transferable if the full 48-hour notice is given.

⏳ Cancellations & Rescheduling

48-Hour Rule

• 48+ hours notice:
  ✔ Deposit refunded OR applied to a new date

• Less than 48 hours notice:
  ❌ Deposit is not refundable
  ❌ Deposit is not transferable

This is considered a last-minute cancellation.

No Same-Day Rescheduling

• Same-day reschedules require a new deposit

• Original deposit is forfeited

Emergencies

If something urgent happens, message me immediately.
Whether your deposit can transfer will be at my discretion only.
Refunds are not issued for emergencies.

⚡ Same-Day Appointments

If you request a same-day appointment and I have a spot available:

• $15 same-day booking fee applies

• Regular deposit still required

• Fee is non-refundable

• Availability is not guaranteed

🕒 After-Hours & Saturday Appointments

Appointments outside regular business hours or on Saturdays are considered premium slots.

Fees:

• After-Hours Fee: +$20

• Saturday Fee: +$15

These fees are added to your service total and are non-refundable.

📵 No-Call / No-Show Policy

A no-call/no-show is when:

• You do not arrive, AND

• You do not contact me before your appointment time

If this happens:

• ❌ Deposit is forfeited

• ⚠️ You will receive one warning

• ❌ A second no-show may result in being blocked from future bookings

How Deposits Apply

​

• All deposits — whether the $30 grooming deposit or 50% stand-alone service deposit —
  go directly toward your service balance on the day of your appointment.

​

• Example:
  If your groom total is $75 and you paid a $30 deposit,
  your remaining balance at check-in will be $45.

• Deposits only apply to the appointment they were booked for and only if the 48-hour cancellation/reschedule policy is followed.
